Here's a fresh idea you can take out there and validate.
HowTube - content index for YouTube (🗒Raw Notes)
YouTube is well known as the most profitable social network for creators. The more content created for youtube, the more difficult discoverability of good content gets.
In a sea of useful content, what's the most useful content for YouTube in the first place? Well it depends, but "how-to" videos are some of the most useful content with high engagement.
Sites like iFixit have built successful businesses on simply making it easier and straight forward for consumers to repair their own devices.
It might seem like anyone could do this and do it well, but finding and catalogging high quality instructional videos is surprisingly difficult.

It's difficult to maintain a high quality index of YouTube content with high quality and good user experience precisely because there is so much good content and changing desires for users. Assuming ChatGPT can't just give you an answer, searching on Google (and sometimes YouTube itself) for specific guides is still often very difficult and it will only degrade (much like Google's core search).
One of the other great things about building a better index is that it gives you great signal on what is trending, a very strong intent signal, and a perfect way to sell add-on products and services when people have high intent.
There's one important consideration though -- instead of plastering video pages with ads, showing exactly one advertisement per product seems like a great way to balance monetization and user experience.
